If the idea of planning your own wedding excites you, but the thought of pulling all the final details together at the last minute and coordinating your own day doesn't, then this is the service for you. If you'd love to take in and enjoy those final moments leading up to the big day with your loved ones, and have the freedom to revel in all the wedding fun, then you can hand your eleventh-hour errands over to us and we'll ensure everyone and everything is whipped into shape and ready to go.

Starting 4 - 6 weeks prior to the wedding day, we'll review all of your existing plans to get us up to speed, and from there we'll take charge of supplier liaison, create your wedding day schedule, and work out all of the logistics. You'll have access to unlimited support from us via WhatsApp and email, as well as 2 scheduled video calls. We'll be there on the day as your wedding coordinators, to set up and style the venue, manage the order of events from the ceremony to the first dance, and be ready to assist you and your guests with anything you need.

*Please note that if your date is on a Saturday during the wedding season, Freya will assist with pre-wedding planning but may not be your lead coordinator on the day. You will however have an experienced and trusted lead and assistant coordinator by your side.
